Water, Water, Everywhere: The Black Drain

Today I am gonna give you a name of a river, the river location and what's being done to clean up the river. The name of the river is Tarawera River. The location is Bay of Plenty. The thing that can be done to clean up is to pick up rubbish that is near the river.
