Kiwi sport

Today we attended to Kiwi sport. We all learn how to bat and field. Everyone got a turn to bat and field. We played to game one game involves an bat and an softball and the other doesn't involved a bat and Softball.  We played both games then we ended it with a game.

Kiwi can

Today I attended to kiwi can. Our kiwi can leaders our Mr.  Matt and Miss.Lily. We went in three lines. Then we played a game called 21. To play 21, you have to get an ball and use it as an bomb. If the person gets the ball on 21 then there are out. Then we learn about bullying we had three things to stop bulling. They're were let the bully calm down,tell the teacher and help them to get under control. finally we played our final game. It was called "Name that emotion". To play you need to act an emotion the the people have to guess what emotion they're doing. To end the day with kiwi can we played GKQ [General,knowledge and question]. After all that we went back to our class.

How to clean your drive

Today I wrote about how to organise your drive. To organise your drive you have to put your work in an folder. The reason you need to clean your drive is that it won't be messing, you can find you work easier and you can work faster if you don't clean your drive then it will be slower, it will be harder to find your work and it will be messing.

Today we had to guest at our school they were Tayla and Matt. They told us about their own journey. Tayla was an BMX rider and Matt was an rugby player. In the future Tayla wanted to be and rugby player that plays touch and Matt wanted to be an P.E teacher.

Minute to win it Olympics event

Today me and my group done three of the Olympics event. There were "Office domino's,Stack attack and Back flip." The hardest Olympic event was Stack attack no one went through that challenge. Back flip and Office domino's were easy. Some people fail and some people have completed it.  To play Back flip you only need 12 pencil's. Next you have to put the pencil's on top of your hand and you need to flip the pencil to your hand at the bottom. Do that repeated in 2's until you get up to 12. To play Office domino's you going to get books to make domino's. The books have to lead at the bell or something that will ring. To play Stack attack you need a lot of cups to stack. Once you stack it you have to puck the cups down. All of the challenges have to be completed in 1 minute.

Today me and my group attended to kiwi sport. We played an game called "Scatter ball". To play you need an bat to bat the ball but it's an remix because Ash will throw the ball and the people will try to hit it. It was hard to bat it but everyone gave it a try. The last game we played was when we pit our hands on our knees. If we fletch or drop the ball the the person is out. When it was finish we went back to class.

Place values

L.I: How to do 1 for 10

Today I use 1 for 10. 1 for 10 is when you make an 1 for 10.  I use the place values to solve an maths task by using 1 for 10.  The place values house haves 100's,10's and 1's.  In the 100's there is an 2 but the 4 doesn't make an ten by 2 so I cross out 4 to make 2 as the ten and the 4 as the one.   the 0 is cross out but the 0 doesn't have anything so 0 is not part of ten. so the 2,4 and 4 makes 244.

Today me and my group did an motto slide. Everybody in my group did an different motto from food and different work. I had the Wendy's one and the others had New Zealand,Nike's,Adidas and the Warehouse.

Today I did cyber smart with two people Xavier and Zepplin. We learnt how to use shortcuts instead of taking the long way.  We use a lot of shortcuts like Ctrl + z , Ctrl + y and more. There is instructions what to do. There are also an text box that gives you what dose the Ctrl things work.

Today me and my group attended to Kiwi can. We went in three lines. We played an game. We had two balls one was pink and the other is yellow. The pink ball is the counting ball. The yellow ball is the bomb. It was kinda as 21 but,once we hit 21 and someone has the yellow ball the that person is out.

Next we had our lesson. Our lesson was being an role model. They told us how to be an role model.  The kiwi can leaders say "how do you be a role model?".  Then we told them how we can be role model's.

Finally we played one more game. In the game Mrs.Lily writes an person's name,country or an movie charter. Then three people from the three lines have to guess what their are.

Then it was the end of Kiwi can. So we attended back to class.

Today I use the keywords and nouns,adjectives,adverbs and verbs. Nouns are an type of an person,place or thing. An adjectives is an describing word such as beautiful. An adverb is an describing word of adverb such as quickly. Finally an verb. An verb means an doing word or action word. Beautiful,shinning are adjectives. Run,pick up are verbs. Leon,David and Hinemoa are nouns. Quickly,slowly are adverbs.

L.I: To learn to use homophones

Toady I learnt what are homophones. Homophones are a word that sound the same but haves different meaning and spelling. We had an sentences that are with two words witch sounds the same. On the right there is an text box saying incorrect words. In the incorrect words is when you have to choose the wrong word that makes no sense. There are 70000 homophones in english.  There is an twist if I get the wrong word then it will not make sense that's why I wrote down the definition for the wrong words.

Today I made an compound and simple sentences.  In simple sentences is when you make simple words. An compound sentences is when you upgrade you sentences. Making simple and compound sentences are really fun making.  Simple  sentences are simple to make. All you have to do is make the words sense. An compound sentences when you upgrade your simple sentences to make it more interesting.

Today me and my group made our team logo. The arrows are for our favorite colours . The world is for us because we relate to the world.  The half and the letter "D is for our logo. That's why we are called "Halfd".  We have a lot of team work to do so we will work together.

Softball

Today we attended to "Kiwi sport". We learnt how to bat,catch,picking up the softball by using mokey-dile. We all took turn being batter and fielder. When it was my turn the soft ball went high, but the second one. It was fun batting and fielding. Our teacher who learn us how to to bat,catch and more of the fun things. It was Ash. We said "thank you to Ash for learning us".

Today we attended to kiwi can. We went in four lines. First we played an game "rock,paper,scissors". To play it you need to find an partner. Then you need to challenge your patter. If you lose you have to go in line and say their name. Next we went in to are lesson it was "never give up".  We learnt how to be an leader. Then we went into are next game it was called "Shay". You have to go outside with Mr.Matt. Mr.Matt will tell us what action we have to do. Then we come inside and show the action. We have to guess what the action is. The last one was an bonus. I said the answer and all of the boys were shouting out. I sang an song "Your welcome" from the movie "Moana". The boys also went on me. I was proud of myself when I said the answer. This is an DLO for subtract and plus. Me and my group use this to solve maths question quickly. I use plus to solve my maths question.  Solving maths questions are hard but when you use this it will help you,but you also need to remember the answer to the maths question. It may be hard but you need to remember the answer to the questions. There was different ways to solve the maths questions. You can use an number line,you can subtract the number and change it to negative 1,2 or 3 and there are more to solve you maths questions.

At Kiwi sport me and my group meet an lady called Helina. She told us how to pitch. My patter throw the softball at me but, I couldn't catch the softball. After a couple minutes me and my patter started to catch the softball. The last move that we did was doing the "K","L" and rock star. Me and my patter got so good at it we kept on catching the softball. When it was finished we attended  back to class.

Today I made art of myself.  The first step is I get a print of myself then get an blue pen  to trace around my face and my uniform.  Next I get an piece of paper to trace in the back of my artwork with an pencil. Then I get an paper to put under my artwork to transfer my artwork. I use an black pen to trace on the blue trace. Then it transfer on the paper under my artwork. Finally I pastel my face and uniform. After I finished pasting I painted my hair,eyeballs,neck,nose and mouth. Then I let it dry. When my artwork was dry I trace the line with a vivid then I finished my artwork of myself.

Today me and my group attended to kiwi can. Once me and my group got to Kiwi can our Kiwi can leaders said make four lines. Next we all played a game it was called "rock,paper,scissors". To play the game is you have to turn around and do not look behind. The Kiwi can leaders will show the person at the front an action three time once they show you the action three time then you have to tap on the next person on the shoulder. Once everyone gets a turn the last person in the back and the front has to show everyone the action. Then we got in to our lesson. After our lesson was finished we continue what was next. When everything was finish we attended back to our class.

L.I: How to solve an maths problem easy

 I solved all of these maths questions with my group  easily  by using plus and subtraction . How did me and my group do it. Well,we use the questions then add it up to ten. Next we add the ten to another related number. Then we add those numbers together. Then we use it to subtract  the number. Once we have the answer from subtraction. Then we add the numbers by plus to get the answer to the question. That's how me and my group solved the maths question.

In a blog post there are many things that can help you to complete your blog post. There is are spelling fix on the far right click on it then it will show you an yellow mark on an word that is incorrect. There is an option to choose when your spelling is wrong if you can't find the word that you want correct then ignore it and try sound it out. There is an option called "Insert image"click on it then click on choose  files then it should show up your download. Next pick an image then it will load. Once it finish loading click on then there will be an blue out line. the blue out line means that you select it. Then click on "Add selected" then is will show up in your blog post. There is a lot more option that you can use for your blog post. Use the option to complete your blog post. In the connor in the right there is a word called "Publish" use "publish" at the end so you know that you finish you blog post.

L.I: Comparing Olympics to Panmure bridge school

Today i was comparing Olympics and Panmure bridge school.
In the Olympics there is an huge track that go's in a circle. In Panmure bridge school we have an track that you race with you friends or someone that you want to race with. In the Olympics we have values that are Friendship,Respect and Excellence. In our school we also have values that are Respect,Attitude,Excellence and Confident. In Panmure bridge school we learn,blog,write and more we have to complete are work that our teacher told us. In the Olympics you have to complete the event. In the Olympics you can have a break so you can do things to get ready for the event.  In our school we have morning tea and lunch that's when we get to play outside but only if you have an hat. In the Olympics at the end the people who competed the event will get an medal for first place,second  place  and third place. In our school if we finish our task we get awarded with an care award. Today we went to kiwi sport. We leanrt how to bat. This is how I bat. First hold up an bat and put you little knuckles lined up. Next put you hands together.Then put your legs shoulders width apart. After put out your elbows up. After that bat on throwing shoulder. Finally put your eyes on the ball. There is platform  to put as base. The last base is called home base. The people who field has to stand not moving like stuck in the mud. There is two balls to bat. Once you bat both of the balls. The people who's fielding has they have to get the ball and put it on the cone's. If the people who field's put the balls on the cone. The person who is running will lose. If they don't get the ball in the cone. tThe person who is running will win.
