L.I: To cope with challenges.
We learnt how to face our challenges and experience them. We looked at 3 different types of challenges. Those type of challenges were Physical, Mental and Social (Emotional) challenges. Physical challenges is something to do with your body. Mental challenge is something to do with your brain and Social challenges is something to do with the community. We also wrote about our feelings when we face those challenges. We figured out coping strategies in groups of three.
