Today I practised my water safety skills that I learned from last week at the YMCA lagoon pool.
The first skill I practised was Streamline. All I did was put my arms up high straight and behind my ears.
The second skill I practised was Freestyle. What I did was fast kicking and did slow strokes.
The third skill I practised was Rolling. What I did was kick 6 times and turned around and floated on my back.
Lastly I practised diving. All I did was dive diagonally.
The skills I practised were fun. I found streamline difficult to do.
