Proud and happy - What kind of action makes me proud or happy is when I get a certificate.
Angry and sad - What kind of action that makes me angry or sad is when someone makes me upset or when someone makes me really angry
Safe things to do when angry or sad
1. Calm myself down
2. Just walk away from them
3. Don't make the situation wrose
4. Just get a cold drink of water
5. Find my friends/best friends that could make me more happy
Types of touch
Happy emotion is touches that I like. The harmed emotion is touches that hurts and the confused emotion is confusing touches that we want to stop.
Happy touch: High five, fist pump and more.
Harm touch: Punch, Head butt and more
Confusing touch that needs to stop: Wet willy, unexpected and more confusing actions.
Situations
1 safe situation is, if someone you are angry you can walk away from the person you are arguing with so you don't make the situation more worse.
1 unsafe situation is, if you are angry you would harm the person you are arguing with and make the situation more worse.
