Stretches
L Shape - The L shape is when you sit on the floor and but your legs in front or you and putting your arms up in the air.
Seal - The seal is when you go on your chest and try not make your stomach touch the floor and try look at the wall behind us.
Butterfly - The butterfly is when you put both of your feet together
Cat - The cat is when you're on your knees and we have to try but our armpits on the floor.
Straddle  - The straddle is when you put both of your legs out.
Back/ front/ side Support-  It's when your in your push up, side ways and backwards position.
Rotation 1
The Equipment
Beam - We used the beam to walk back words. We only had to look forwards. The only way we know of were at the end is by tapping the beam with out foot.
Box & Blue Foam - We used the Blue foam and a box to cartwheel. We had to Cartwheel over the box and cartwheel on the blue foam.
Bench - We used the bench to do small jumps or do a forward roll.
Rotation 2
The Equipment
Trampoline - We used the trampoline to jump on. Once we jump on it we had to do a star jump in mid air and land in or standing position with our knees bend and with our arms in front of us.
Backwards roll - All we had to do on this equipment is just roll backwards.
Scorpion hand stand with one leg - After we rolled backwards we have to do Scorpion hand stands with 1 leg until we get to the end of the blue mat.
Half 180 Jump - After we do the Scorpion hand stand we run to the spring board and do a 180 jump.
Rotation 3
Hand stand - We had to hand stand against the wall with one leg up.
Front support - Had to hold on the black pole for 3 seconds and go to the next equipment.
Parallel Bars - We used them to do 3 different stretches. The L shape, the tuck in and the Straddle.
Back/ side/ front Rotation - We have to put our feet on top of the box and do the back support and turn to the side to the front support until we get to the end.
Reflection
The cartwheel on the blue foam and over the box was difficult because I can't do a cartwheel.
