Touch Rugby | Kiwi sport

Today's session for Touch Rugby was learning how to do a two man settle and three man settle.

A two man settle is when one person plants the ball. Then the person behind that planter grabs the ball and pass it back to the person who plant the ball.

A three man settle is when one person plants the ball. Then second person grabs the ball and then passes it to the third person.

We then practice using that new skill in a game of touch. We only walked for a little bit but then progressed into jogging.

I had lots of fun learning how to do the two man settle and the three man settle. I also like the cooperation between my team.
