Vollyball | Kiwisport

Setting is a kind of toss/throw and a ready position in volleyball.

The foot work for setting is having one foot in front of the other with knees bent. Then must have hands above the head in a diamond like shape and having elbows bent as well. The elbows have to be bent to catch the ball.
When releasing the ball, make sure knees and elbows are stretched out so the ball can be propelled. Make sure that when setting the ball, it ends up above your head.
Setting is a easy move to do because its a simple move to do when passing or tossing the ball.
