Novel Study | The Twits

The Twits are an ugly couple who would play pranks on each other.

In the book Muggle-wump and other monkeys free themselves from the cage. The monkeys then go and help the birds flee from Mr Twit who glued the roof so he could capture the birds to make bird pie.  

The Roly-Poly bird helped the monkeys by carrying a bucket of dead buzzards, magpies, rooks, ravens and many more dead birds. The Roly-Poly bird and the monkeys tipped the bucket out on to the rood to scare the other birds away. Then the Roly-Poly bird leads the birds away from the roof. 

The book is very funny because the way the couple play pranks on each other. This is a book that lots of people would enjoy. I recommend other people reading this.
